What are the costs and delivery times ?
Delivery is free from 120€ in metropolitan France and from 200€ everywhere else.
Several delivery options are available to you :
- Home delivery, within 48 to 72 hours after shipment of your order (4€50)
- Express home delivery, within 24 to 36 hours after shipment of your order (12€20)
- Home delivery, within 4 to 5 days after shipment of your order (rate depending on your geographical location)
In case of a pre-order, please refer to the delivery time indicated on the product page.
Please also note that during collection launches the order preparation delay may extend the delivery time by up to 10 working days.
How do I track my order ?
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped.

RETURNSHow do I return my order ?
To make your return/exchange, thank you to click on "make a return request" and proceed with your order number starting with PA and your email.
Exchanges are free of charge, returns are at your expense (excluding defective items)*.
In the case of an exchange, you will receive by email a Coliback return label.
*You paid your order with PayPal ? Get your return shipping costs refunded with PayPal.
1. Activate the Return Shipping functionality.
2. Log in to your PayPal account, click on « Activity » and select the purchase you have returned.
3. In the transaction details, click on the « Request return shipping refund » link and attach all requested documents.
3. If the request is validated, Paypal will refund you within 10 days to your PayPal account.
Have you received my returned item(s) ?
Your returns/exchanges will be processed as soon as we receive them at our premises.
Your exchange or refund will be made immediately at reception.
What is the deadline to return items after I received my order ?
You have 21 days to change your mind and return your item(s) in their original condition.
Is it possible to exchange item ?
We exchange items within 21 days of receipt.

Will you refund the shipping costs if I return an item ?
In the case of a return, we will only refund the shipping costs if the item is defective*. In this case, please contact our customer service.
*If you paid your order with PayPal, PayPal will refund you the return shipping costs. For more information on the process, please refer to the question "How do I return my order ?".
How long should I expect to wait for my refund ?
A refund will be made within 21 days from the day your returned package was received by our warehouse assuming all conditions outlined in our returns policy have been followed and met.
