DELIVERY
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Shipping is free for orders over 120€ in France and 200€ internationally.
Several delivery options are available to you:
FRANCE
- Home delivery, within 48 to 72 hours after shipment of your order (4€50)
- Express delivery at home, within 24 to 36 hours after shipment of your order (12€20)
INTERNATIONAL
- Home delivery, within 4 to 5 days after shipment of your order (rate depending on your geographical location)
In case of pre-order, please refer to the delivery time indicated on the product sheet.
Please also note that order preparation time is extended to 8 days during sales periods & up to 10 working days during collection launches.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped.

RETURNS
How do I make a return?
To make your return/exchange, please click on "make a return request" and proceed with your order number starting with PA and your email.
In the case of an exchange you will receive a Coliback return label by email.
Exchanges are free of charge, returns on the other hand are at your expense (except for defective items).
*Did you pay your order with PayPal? PayPal will refund your return shipping costs:
1. Activate the Return shipping costs refunded service.
2. Connect to your PayPal account, click on the link "Benefit from the expenses of return refunded" and join the whole of the documents requested.
3. If the request is validated, Paypal will refund you within 10 days, on your PayPal account.
Did you receive the items I returned?
Your returns/exchanges will be processed as soon as we receive them in our premises.
Thus your exchange or refund will be made immediately.
How long after receiving my order can I return my items?
You have 15 days to change your mind and return the item in its original condition.
Can I exchange an item?
We exchange items within 15 days of receipt.

You can also make a request directly through our website.
Will you reimburse me the shipping costs if I return an item?
In the case of a return, we only refund the shipping costs if the item is defective*. In this case, please contact our customer service.
*If you paid for your order with PayPal, PayPal will refund the return shipping costs. For more information on how to do this, please see the question "How do I make a return?
How long will it take to get my money back?
Refunds are issued within 15 days from the date the return is received by our warehouse if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met.
