How to make a return ?

To make your return and/or exchange request, you can click on the following button:

For your request, you will need:

  1. Your order number starting with PA ;
  2. The email address linked to the initial order.

Once your request is made, the return label will be available directly on your screen and will be sent to you by email.

Exchanges are free of charge, returns on the other hand are at your expense; they will be deducted from the final refund (except for defective items)*.

Did you receive the items I returned?

Your returns/exchanges will be processed as soon as we receive them in our offices.
Thus your exchange or refund will be made immediately.

How long after receiving my order can I return my items?

You have 15 days to change your mind and return the item in its original condition.

Will you refund my shipping costs if I return an item?

In the case of a return, we will refund the shipping costs if, and only if, the item is defective*. In this case, please contact our customer service.

How long does it take to get my money back?

Refunds are made within 15 days from the date the return is received by our warehouse if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met.
